Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including any promotional gifts if returning a full set.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our lab receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
